Jolly Holly Christmas Coasters

We’re racing towards the end of November and Christmas making is already well underway in the made by hem house.

I can’t believe there are only two more patterns to go before I complete my 2025 pattern challenge. For anyone who’s missed it, I’ve released one pattern a month through this year. This has been a great challenge to keep me focused and stop my creative brain getting over excited and moving on to the next project before finishing the last one, haha.

November’s pattern is a lovely quick make. I’ve decided to make this a FREE pattern until the end of the year, whoop whoop! All you will need is some DK cotton in red, white and green and a 4mm hook.

Fasten off leaving approx. 20cm yarn tail for sewing.

Using the photos as a guide to help with positioning, sew the base of the holly leaves to the coaster. Do not sew up the length of the leaves, this will allow the base of a glass to be slipped under them if necessary.
